Leadership West cultivates leadership capital for the West Valley. Its diverse membership believes that intelligent, active engagement in public affairs is the true measure of citizenship and the foundation of our community.  Leadership West is an organization of over 400 alumni, dedicated to educating leaders in business, non-profits and government to leverage their time, talents and treasures to enhance the quality of life in the West Valley.

As a volunteer- led, non-profit organization, Leadership West provides a nine-month educational program focused on developing a diverse mix of emerging leaders in the West Valley.
